Protech Site Services are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Technician to join the team of one of the UK’s largest residential developers

The Customer Service Technician will be responsible for carrying out remedial works within dwellings, correcting faulty workmanship and replacing faulty materials and ensuring that all remedial works which the company has accepted to deal with are completed with minimal disruption and inconvenience to the customer.

This is a site-based role where you will be travelling from your home address to our development locations.

It is the responsibility of the Customer Service Technician to ensure materials are available and to hand when completing the works, and that the remedial work is completed in accordance with our quality standards.

Examples of your work will include:

– Painting
– Mastic Replacement
– Wall Tiling
– Carpentry work such as easing doors, creaking floors etc.
– Paving slab adjustment
– Plaster repairs
– Kitchen unit adjustments

When completing and undertaking work you will need to report to the Customer Service Manager with regular progress reports and log reoccurring issues, highlighting any products or materials which are substandard in order to prevent further use and limiting continuous problems.

Salary – £38k plus package.
