Protech Site Services are currently recruiting for a Brick & Blockwork estimator to join a very well-established team in North London.
The Estimator will work closely with the Company Directors and an established commercial team.
Packages undertaken are in the region of £250,000 – £10,000,000 across all sectors of the industry, primarily north of the river and the northern home counties.
Responsibilities
- Take-offs.
- Writing BoQ’s.
- Accurately price BoQ’s in accordance with contract requirements and market conditions.
- Making site visit’s ahead of tenders being returned.
- Pursuing submitted tenders.
- Attending post tender and pre-order meetings.
- Producing material procurement schedules.
- Reviewing of sub-contract orders in readiness for director sign off.
Experience and Skills
- Good communication skills are required
- A good understanding of brick and blockwork sector is preferred.
Salary & Package
- Negotiable depending on experience (£45-75K)
